Group Training

Strength Training
At Built by Faith Love Fitness, we believe that strength training is a crucial component of every client’s program, regardless of age. We understand that as we age, our muscles naturally decrease, which is why we often have conversations with our older clients about the importance of lifting weights. We are committed to educating and supporting them in this area and believe that every individual has inner strength waiting to be unleashed, both physically and mentally.
We are proud to have worked with clients who have experienced knee, back, or shoulder issues, and we are thrilled to have seen significant improvement through progressive strength training.
